Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your use of Signbulb LLC’s (“Signbulb”) EFOURSQARE PHARMA CRM & HUB software and any other Signbulb software products you use (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or organization (“Subscribing Organization”), you confirm that you are an authorized representative. You must also be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Privacy Notice

Your privacy is important. Signbulb’s Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Subject to state laws, Signbulb may share information you provide through the Site that:

• Has been de-identified in accordance with HIPAA, or
• Is not considered Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA, with third parties, without your consent.

3. Modification of Terms

• Signbulb may change, remove, or add to these Terms at any time.
• Updates will be posted on the Site with the date of revision.
• Changes take effect 30 days after posting.
• Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.
• If these Terms conflict with the Subscribing Organization Agreement, that Agreement prevails.

4. Site Access

• Use the Site solely for business purposes in accordance with the Subscribing Organization Agreement.
• Access only portions of the Site your login permits.
• Do not download, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or exploit any part of the Site without prior written authorization.
• Do not alter or modify the Site except as necessary for intended use.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those regarding medical records, personal data, and PHI.
• Do not engage in prohibited uses (see Section 5).
• The Site is controlled from the United States. Signbulb makes no claims about use outside the U.S.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Defame, harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or defraud users.
• Collect personal data in violation of HIPAA.
• Upload viruses, spyware, or malicious code.
• Interfere with or damage the Site’s operation.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation.
• Use framing, hidden text, or meta tags with Signbulb trademarks without consent.
• Deep-link to the Site or use Signbulb logos in links without consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Site.

6. Login Information & Passwords

• Provide accurate and current information for your account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify Signbulb immediately if compromised.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

7. Links & Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (“Reference Sites”). Signbulb is not responsible for their content. Use is at your own risk.

8. User Content

• You may post or share media, text, audio, video, photos, graphics, or commentary (“User Content”).
• Except for PHI protected under HIPAA, you grant Signbulb a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use your User Content.
• Signbulb may remove User Content at its discretion.

9. Availability of Service

Signbulb may change, update, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice, unless otherwise provided in the Subscribing Organization Agreement.

10. User Disagreements

You are responsible for interactions with other users. Signbulb disclaims liability for disputes.

11. Violations & Termination

• Signbulb may suspend or terminate your use without notice or liability.
• You may terminate your account by discontinuing use.

12. Copyright (DMCA) Compliance

If you believe copyright infringement has occurred, provide a notice to Signbulb’s Copyright Agent including:

• Signature of authorized person
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of infringing material
• Contact information
• Statement of good faith belief of unauthorized use
• Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

13. Miscellaneous

• Governing Law: Florida law governs these Terms.
• Jurisdiction: Disputes must be filed in state or federal courts in Palm Beach County, Florida. Actions must begin within 1 year.
• Waiver: Only in writing.
• Severability: Unlawful or unenforceable provisions do not affect remaining Terms.

• Third-Party Software: Some features include third-party software subject to their licenses.
